We believe that listening involves understanding the cohesion of the hand of man and the landscape, putting ourselves in the shoes of generations of winegrowers and coming to understand the distinct and unique qualities of each plot. Our old vineyards are in themselves a legacy of knowledge that continues to amaze us and that we continue to cultivate with patience to protect and preserve it.
