Ondipuerko Red Wine

With grapes from our own vineyards in different areas and plots of Albelda de Iregua, we make our collection of natural wines. From vineyards with minimal intervention viticulture, without pesticides or chemicals, or addition of sulphites. Manual harvesting in boxes of less than 15kg. GRAPE VARIETIES60% Tempranillo, 20% Graciano, 5% Garnacha, 15% Viura.

Production in 50 hl wooden vats with whole destemmed grapes, except for Grenache, which is used in whole bunches without destemming.

Throughout the entire process we only use the care and attention without adding any preservative or clarifier. No filtration, neither of earth nor cellulose, which may cause natural sediments to appear. Natural Wine, without adding anything else.
