We make our collection of natural wines with grapes from our own vineyards in different areas and plots of land in Albelda de Iregua. They come from vineyards with minimal intervention viticulture, without pesticides or chemicals, or the addition of sulphites. Manual harvesting in boxes of less than 15kg.
GRAPE VARIETIES 75% Tempranillo, 17% Viura, 8% Garnacha.
Fermentation takes place in closed stainless steel tanks and barrels, always seeking to preserve the wine from contact with oxygen to maintain its best natural notes of aroma and color.
Throughout the entire process we use only the utmost care and attention, without adding any preservatives or clarifiers. No filtration, neither of earth nor cellulose, which may result in natural sediments appearing.
