White Monk Cave Wine

This wine was the first step in the project to produce quality white wines by Vinícola Real – 200 Monges. With it was born the adventure, the method, the dedication and the conviction that white wines, after demanding work, can express enormous potential.

Due to its aging in barrels and time in bottles, our Blanco Cueva del Monge is coming onto the market in its third year displaying all its personality and elegance. A fresh but structured white, perfect for pairing with both fish and meat.

The CUEVA DEL MONGE brand aims to pay tribute to the ancient habitat that the 200 monks built on the rocks of Albelda and which today constitutes the set of caves of the rock scriptorium.
