Confessor Wine

A vineyard, a unique wine. The barely two hectares of Vallejuelo constitute our first vineyard in property and the most pampered. For us, this land is extraordinary.

Each nuance of Confesor tells us the resounding story of the age of this vineyard, of how it has been shaped by the sun, the rain and the wise hand of the man who cultivates it.

Confesor is not released every year, only when the vintage has something magical to tell us. Then it is harvested, made directly in barrels, aged in new French oak and sleeps in the bottle while time cradles it, sculpts it, tames it, makes it subtle, … and returns it to us excellent.
